The Water Damage Recovery Process:

Our first course of action is to identify the extent of water damage whether it is a result of sanitary overflow and may contain harmful pathogens, or a small rain leak. Our goal is to ensure we're able to prevent future damage and remediate any harmful contaminants.
Second is to completely remove and eliminate the source of water whether it be a leak, flood or overflow. It is crucial to prevent the same water disaster or hidden damage in the future.
We'll then remove all porous and affected furniture or possessions. We will vacuum or pump any standing water before using state of the art drying equipment to ensure the entire area and materials are completely dry leaving no trace of moisture.
Once the entire area has been dried, we can assess where the potential for mold is and thoroughly sanitize affected areas to kill and prevent future build up and damage.
Once water damage and mold risks have been resolved, the restoration and rebuild can begin. We'll partner with sub-contractors to restore your home or business to it's original condition.
